They may take a short term form to meet a specific client need, refocused direction, or customized workshops to benefit both management and staff alike. Longview Consultants realize that most companies are unprepared to take major steps toward establishing and implementing plans and processes to achieve their long term goals. With that in mind we are prepared to assist our clients on specific short term projects. We have provided a partial list with some detail descriptions of each of the activities in the Short Term Consulting tab of the Services drop down menu.

For those clients that are prepared to implement parts of our five step process toward driving their company’s value, we have listed various projects and activities within the context of the flexible consulting framework and the Return On Equity Growth Map.

Before you begin with these two lists we would like to communicate when Longview Consultants success occurs.

Success is when:

  • The results listed in the agreement are achieved
  • The Company’s problems are solved, projects complete and/or strategies, processes, and personnel are all aligned and metrics established to assure long term goals are reached
  • The project is meets budget expectations both time and cost goals
  • The working relationship during the project was highly collaborative, open, honest and developed trust of the employees and the consultants for each other and produced high quality result
  • The staff of the company become familiar enough with Longview’s processes that they can address similar problems and/or projects themselves in the future
  • Clients are satisfied, happy, and become loyal measured by whether they can affirmative answer the Ultimate question:
    • Do you love doing business with Longview Consultants and would you recommend them to peers, friends and/or family
  • Longview Consultants is paid in full within the terms agreed upon
